Scotty Miller realised that pastries were his true vocation despite being born amidst the grease and rubber of a car dealership. "How hard can that be?" he thought. He had no idea it would be a marathon of 6-day weeks from 2004 to now, with only two days off in 14 years.

What began in 'Shorty' expanded to Argenton in 2018, Warners Bay in 2019, and Cardiff in 2021. Now, the only thing that has changed since 2004 is that we have 4 locations where we nail every mouth watering bite.

However, Scotty has evolved. With a changed perspective, he now manages an incredible staff of 30 that keep the Millers engine working smoothly as he calmly oversees the scrumptious lineup.

First and foremost the staff and then the food and getting lovely pictures of the food if you don't want to cook pick up breakfast, lunch Or dinner yummy plenty of filling in pies etc so you get what you pay for. Keep up the good work. They have The best Rocky road and some Times cream horn's. So I would pick up Saturday for dads day on Sunday.

Loaded with several eggs and plenty of bacon a large roll. Highly recommend Millers Pie and Sandwich on Lake Rd Argenton. Try their flagship store in Shortland on Sandgate Rd for the same value.
